Cancellations and Amendments

Cancellations: Full refund will be given only to cancellation within 24 hours of booking. Cancellation of bookings after 24 hours will not receive a refund.

Amendments: Request a date change after you have booked your stay? We truly understand.

Flexible Date Change: 2-times date change without a fee (stay period within 31/03/21)

Term and Condition

• Promotion is valid for selected stay dates between 1 January 2021 and 31 March 2021.
• Promotion is not valid on blackout dates (1-2  January,  12 February,  24-26 and 29-31 December)
• Discounts applied for Private Rooms exclude Dormitory.
• Booking must be made 2 days prior check-in date to received the discount.
• Offer is not valid with any other promotions, discounts, privileges, or vouchers.
• Full payment for the length of stay shall be deducted from the credit card upon completion of the booking.
• Cancellations and amendments policy only apply to direct bookings from our hotel website.
